Shipping and Returns

All of our products are final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and personal nature of our products. We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. All orders are shipped through Canada Post, with delivery times depending on your location and selected shipping option. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’re always happy to help track your package and provide support if needed.
